The Holy Cross School induction program is designed to ensure new team members feel part of the Holy Cross family from the very beginning. This mentor, an experienced member of our school community, provides one-on-one support, offering insights, answering questions, and assistance navigating the new environment. This personal relationship is crucial in fostering a sense of belonging and connection, enabling new staff to quickly feel at home.
